This policy describes how Aimeru ("we," "us") collects and uses information across the Aimeru website, clinical companion, assessments, provider directory, and peer community (the "Services").
We use data to train and improve Aimeru's AI. Sessions, assessment inputs, provider notes, and feedback are anonymized and used for model training, evaluation, and product improvement. If you use the Services, you consent to this.
Enterprise and hospital accounts run Aimeru on inference servers we install inside their own network. Their data never leaves their walls and is never used to train our models. This is a talk-to-sales service: hi@aimeru.com.
Except under an Enterprise agreement with a signed Business Associate Agreement, the Services are not intended to receive protected health information subject to HIPAA or equivalent laws. See our Terms. Enterprise on-premise deployments keep all data inside the customer's network and under the customer's control.
We use a single first-party, HMAC-signed, httpOnly cookie to identify your browser session and track trial usage and access. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
We use Stripe for payments and third-party model providers for cloud inference (not applicable to Enterprise on-premise). We do not sell your personal information.
We retain data as long as needed for the purposes above. You may request deletion of your data by emailing hi@aimeru.com from the address associated with your account; anonymized data already incorporated into trained models cannot be extracted. Custom retention or data-use arrangements can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis — contact hi@aimeru.com.
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
