These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aimeru website, the Aimeru clinical companion, provider membership, assessments, provider directory, peer community, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Aimeru ("we," "us"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Aimeru provides an AI-assisted thinking and preparation tool for licensed clinicians and healthcare providers, training in the Aimeru framework, a provider directory listing, and a private peer community. Aimeru also offers free self-reflection assessments that providers may share with patients.
The Services, including the AI companion and assessments, are informational and educational tools. They are not a medical device, do not provide medical or psychological advice, do not diagnose or treat any condition, and are not a substitute for professional judgment or care.
Provider membership is intended for licensed clinicians, physicians, and allied health professionals. The free clinical companion demo is provided for evaluation by such professionals; it is not a consumer therapy product and is not offered to the general public. The free self-reflection assessments remain available to anyone. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
The Services are not designed to receive protected health information (PHI). Do not enter names, dates of birth, or other identifying information about patients into the Services. You are responsible for de-identifying any case material before entering it. Unless we have signed a Business Associate Agreement with you, you must not submit PHI subject to HIPAA or equivalent laws.
Session data, conversations, assessment inputs, and provider notes may be anonymized and used to train, evaluate, and improve Aimeru's AI models and Services. By using the Services, you consent to this use. See our Privacy Policy for details on collection, retention, and your choices.
Provider membership is billed at the price displayed at checkout (currently $1,000 per provider per month), recurring monthly until cancelled. Framework Certification training (a weekend intensive in San Mateo, CA, limited to 8 participants, currently $2,495) is offered and billed separately from membership; training fees are non-refundable within 14 days of the event, though you may transfer your seat to a later cohort. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
Directory listings are provided as a membership benefit. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing, including license status. We may remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, or violate these Terms. A directory listing is not an endorsement, referral, or guarantee of any provider's services.
The private provider channel is for professional exchange. Do not share PHI or identifiable patient information there. Be respectful; no harassment, solicitation, or unlawful content. We may moderate, suspend, or remove access for violations.
The Services, framework materials, training content, and the books The Modern Pair Bond and The Phone Between Us are protected by copyright and other laws. Membership or paid training grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use training materials for your own practice. You may not resell, redistribute, or create derivative training programs from our materials without written permission.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY CLINICAL PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIMERU WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR CLINICAL OUTCOMES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
You agree to indemnify and hold Aimeru harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your clinical practice, your directory listing, or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 5, 9, 11–13) survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes lies in the state or federal courts located in California.
